Julies Journal:Life as a Blackpool Landlady at The Chesterfield Pet Friendly Hotel

I have decided to join WeightWatchers Online. I'm not telling you what I weigh because it's horrific. When I reach my goal weight (in a couple of years tiime probably!) I'll reveal to the world just what a fat blob I have become recently!

I'm hoping that by making my progress public I will be more likely to stick to the plan. My weigh in day is next Monday so wish me luck!

As long as a Lifetime member weighs in each month and stays within the target range, there is no fee for attending meetings, and the member may attend for the rest of his or her life.

Congratulations on taking the first step in your journey in losing weight. There are a myriad of ways to lose weight and keep it off. Exercise regularly and of course, the less food you consume the more apt you'll lose weight. Or you could get an abdominoplasty which is a viable alternative. Good luck!
