Recently, due to a friends illness, I have taken their Labradoodle Monty for a walk a couple of times . As they live at Thornton, they advised me to go to Stanah, and the Wyre Estuary Country Park. I did and discovered it is a great place for you and your dogs.
There's ample parking, an ecology centre, a shop and a tearoom plus several picnic benches, and toilets, including disabled toilet facilities (radar key required). The walk follows a path which can become very muddy in wet weather (wear wellies!) so it's not really accessible for wheelchairs, however you can hire rough terrain mobility vehicles. The dogs loved it, running in the grass and mud, so make sure you take some towels to rub them down with, before you get back in the car.
